Remove all skin and fat from the chicken breast.

Season the chicken with salt, basil, and black pepper. Use a knife to poke small holes in the chicken so the lemon juice can soak in and add more flavor.

Meanwhile, heat a skillet with a little olive oil and a pinch of butter.

Place the chicken in the skillet. Occasionally poke more holes in the chicken and add more lemon juice as it cooks.

I served this with rice and cooked chayote squash.
