Marinate qeema in all its ingredients and keep it covered for few hrs or overnight

Make round balls and give gola kababs shape, you can either bake, shallow fry or bbq them.

Bake in preheated oven at 210 degrees for 55 to 60 minutes.
After 15 to 20 minutes gola kababs leaves water.
After 45 minutes turn heat low on 150 degrees so they won't burn from bottom.
When kababs turns into nice brown colour.. remove from oven
Serve with raita, garlic bread or naan, chutney n salad. - 4
I shallow fried them this time. Serve with salad, chutney and rumali roti /parathay..
