In a heavy bottom pan, boil the milk on medium heat, after the first boil reduce the heat and cook the milk for 10 minutes. This will make the milk slightly thick.

Now add sugar to the milk and mix it well. Boil the milk for 2 more minutes and then turn off the heat. Now let the milk cool down a bit.

Take 2 tablespoons custard powder in a bowl. Now add 2-3 tablespoons of lukewarm milk in it little by little and mix well. Keep in mind that there is no custard kernel in the milk.

When the milk is lukewarm, dissolve the custard and mix well. Place the milk back on a low flame and cook for 2-3 minutes while stirring.

When the milk starts to cool down a little. add Mango puree and mix well.than turn it into a bowl or kullhad now garnishing with chopped dry fruits. then keep in the fridge to cool.
