This rice is very flavorful and can be served with any kind of meat.

In a pressure cooker, cook the corn with the bay leaves for about 20 minutes.

While the corn is cooking, cut the vegetables into medium strips. In a skillet with hot oil, sauté the cumin seeds.

Add the vegetables and continue sautéing. Then add the washed rice.

Sauté the rice well and stir in the tomato puree, stirring constantly. Cook for about 5 minutes, then set aside.

When the corn is ready, remove the bay leaves and add the rice mixture. Cook under pressure for 12 minutes.

Release the pressure after 12 minutes, stir, and serve.
