Add g.g paste,salt and qorma masala in yogurt and beat well

Marinate boti with yogurt mixture for at least 30 mints

Heat oil in a pan, and fry onion until it get brown. remove half onions from the pot and let it cool in a separate plate

In the remaining onion, add marinate boti and cook on medium flame

Cook until it get soft enough

Now add chopped tomatoes and cook until tomatoes mashed properly

Now cook on high flame until oil comes out from corner

Add water for gravy and cook on low flame for 10 mints so that mixture get thickens

Mash fried onion and add in the gravy, spread garam masala and let it simmer for 5 mints

Enjoy with chapati or naan
