In a dry bowl add together sifted flour, baking powder, baking soda, cocoa powder, salt mix them keep aside

In another dry bowl beat egg and sugar till creamy add oil, vanilla essence beat till fluffy

Now add dry mixture along with milk and beat slowly,batter should be medium thick
Neither so thick nor so runny
Pour them in greased mould - 4
Bake in preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes at 180c until toothpick comes out cleans, check the temperature according to your ovens (also bake in preheated pateela with same way)

Cool cake on wire rack at room temperature

Once cake cool completely
Cut equally from the center and moist with coffee liquor
Now spread equally whipped cream pour some chocolate syrup cover with another layer of cake again moist with coffee syrup frost with whipped cream pour neutral gel (in neutral gel add some drop of yellow colour and water to desire pouring consistency) - 7
Now decorate with whipped cream as you want I made flowers with russian nozzle.

Put it into refrigerator to set.
