Soak sella rice for 4hrs, than boil with ilaichi sabut, long, and orange colour, cook till full done, strain.

In same pan heat ghee add few ilaichi sabut,add khoya and badam pista and fry for few secs than add khoya and fry for few mins than add boiled rice half.

Sprinkle sugar on it and half kewra water and orange rind and add all remaining rice. And cook on medium high flame for few mins sugar will release water, when water reduces lower flame to low, put on hot tawa. Stirr in between.

Garnish with mithai and more nuts and khoya. Zarda is best combo with pulao.
