Add cinnamon sticks, cloves, bay leaves, funnel seeds cumin black pepper cardamom in mixer grind.

Now add ground masala, salt, red chilli powder turmeric powder ginger powder Coriander powder. Nihari masala is ready

Now take 2 kg nihari meat ginger garlic paste and nihari masala.

Add 1 cup oil in a pan.add meat fry for 5 minutes in hot oil.add ginger garlic paste fry more 5 minutes.now add nihari masala cook 4 to 5 minute.now add 6 to 7 cup water cover n cook for 45 minutes or until eat tender.

When meat is tender.gravy is done.

Add 2 tbspoon wheat flour in 1 cup of water.mix well.no lumps, add in gravy stire continuously. after 2 minutes when mix well cover n cook for 10 minutes.

Now make tari.add 1 tbsp kashmiri red chilli powder in half cup of oil cook for 1 minute mix,add in nihari.

Now add ginger fresh coriander and green chillies for garnishing.
