  • 3 tbspginger garlic paste
  • 2 kgmutton
  • 1 kgTomatoes
  • 1 cupYogurt
  • 1/2 packpeshawri Karahi masala
  • 1 tbspturmeric powder
  • 1 tbspred chilli powder
  • For garnish
  • Green chillies
  • Coriander
  • Ginger

Steps

  1. 1

    Add oil in a pan then add ginger garlic paste in it then add mutton in it and broil

    Then add all spices tomatoes simmer for 15 mints them add yogurt and let it cook until tenderize

    Then garnish ginger green chillies and Coriander and serve..
