Knead the flour with water and cover it for 10 minutes. Then heat oil in a swallow pan for deep frying in medium heat. Make small round puris with a rolling pin.

Fry it into oil until golden brown. Make 7 to 8 small puris in this way

Boil the white chanay

In a swallow pan fry onion, tomatos and add all masala. Cook it in small amount of water until the tomatoes and onions are done.

Add chanay and oil until the oil separates. Delicious and yummy homemade Eid NASHTA is ready
