Pattile mein oil Dalain oil garam ho hajay to pyaz fry karen,masala dal dai sath gosht bhi. mix karein then pani add karein itna k gosht cook hojay or pani dry ho jay.Qorma tayar hai.

Ek pattily mein pani boil karen ab rice ko wash kar k daal dain or hasbe zaiqa salt.yaad rahain pani ziada lena hain, jab boil hojae to chani mein chaal lain, pattily mein pehle qorma dalain then tomatoes ki layer (tomato hara dhaniya pudina Hari mirchy chaat masala ko mix karna hain) then chawal last mein color daal dain or cover kar dain. 15 mint k liye low flame par(pattile k nichy tawa rakhna hain)jab biryani mein steam ajae to kewra daal dain or 5 min or dum par rakh dain.
