Use Up Egg Whites! Baked White Doughnuts!

I wanted to make something easy to use up leftover egg whites.
They will be fluffy after baking, but if left out uncovered, it may harden slightly. Recipe by jh2trz

Baked Doughnuts Baked Doughnuts
These are simply so good and just as delicious as fried doughnuts. This is a keeper for all your doughnut cravings and they go well with pretty much any toppings or stuffings. They do take a while to make as they are yeast doughnuts but they are more than worth it.If using active dry yeast, add to the wet ingredients and let sit for about 10 minutes before adding to the dry ingredients. Also, I made these in the evening so excuse me for the bad camera quality. Cute Little Doughnut Bites Cute Little Doughnut Bites
When I make regular old fashioned doughnuts in a tray, they are so prone to breaking up.These small ones are easy for small children to eat, yet it's adult-like and they are bite sized. They are easy to make and everyone can enjoy them.Since the shape is a bit chunky, it's better to make a circle of oil and gently move them around, rather than turning them over and over. Also they all turn out the same color. If you use a 18 x 27cm plastic bag, it's better than using a dough bag because when you roll it out the thickness will be just right. For about 30-35. Recipe by Karenmamacchi cookpad.japan -
Oil-Free Plain Baked Doughnuts (with Pancake Mix) Oil-Free Plain Baked Doughnuts (with Pancake Mix)
I adjusted this recipe to make 12 doughnuts. I tried making a non-oil doughnuts as a snack for my child. They are moist and plump. If you mix everything in a bowl, you can mix it well and quickly. However, you'll have to use a spoon the batter into the molds, which is a pain and takes time.I recommend using a Ziploc bag because this way, it'll be ready before you know it, and you can squeeze the batter easily into the molds.I used plain yogurt. Glazed Doughnuts (Yeast Doughnuts) Glazed Doughnuts (Yeast Doughnuts)
I have attempted so many bread type doughnut recipes. I took the best ingredient ratios, mixing then adding to pan, then coating, from several recipes.Try to use new oil to fry these! You can substitute the egg with milk, but they will begin hardening the next day.If the dough contains too much moisture, it will evaporate when fried and they will wither when taken out of the oil. So please control the amount of moisture in the dough. I increased the amount of butter to give it a richer taste. For 8 doughnuts. Recipe by narimi mama cookpad.japan -
