Today 28th may we celebrate our wedding day.
It's been 12 long years together, so planned to celebrate it in a simple way with some simple meals and some memorable sweets.
Just after our engagement we had been out for a date and surprisingly my husband had then ordered for some quick food and besan ke ladoo.
So wanted to bring back that memory.

Besan ke ladoo

Ingredients

total 1 hour
more than 12 se
  1. 1big bowl besan,
  2. 3-4 cupssugar,
  3. 1 tspelaichi powder,
  4. as required water
  5. as required Ghee

Cooking Instructions

    Roast nicely besan powder in a kadai till it becomes granulated and brown.
    Then what I did is kept adding ghee almost 3 small cups and kept stirring continuously and made the batter smooth.
    Then I added sugar again kept stirring.
    Finally water little by little and then again kept in stirring.

    Remember Ihave done all this keeping the gas on a low flame to avoid burning of the ladoo dough. I kept on stirring till it reached completely to a ladoo dough consistency.
    Then removed it on a greased plate
    And spread the dough to lessen the heat from the cooked dough so that it becomes easy for me to hold ladoo shape in my hand.
    Remember even while holding shape it should be hot for getting the shape.

    Besan ke ladoos are ready to be served.
