Ingredients

  1. 3/4 cupmilk powder
  2. 1mango pureed
  3. 2 tspsuji
  4. 4 tspwheat flour
  5. 1 tspghee
  6. 1/2 tspbaking powder
  7. 1 cupsugar
  8. Few Kesar strands
  9. as per requirementOil to fry

  1. 1

    In the mixing bowl add milk powder, flour, baking powder, suji, ghee, and mix well. Then add mango puree part by part and knead the dough.

    For sugar syrup add sugar and water and cook till sticky consistency add Kesar strands.

    Make small balls and fry on low heat till golden.

    Now warm sugar syrup and Jamuna and soak till soft.

    Serve in a bowl and enjoy.
