Mayonnaise as required
Hot sauce as required

Cucumber slices 🥒
Tomato slices 🍅

Take two slices of bread and flatten them completely with rolling pin.

Fry the sausages.

Spread mayonnaise and hot sauce on the bread slices.

Lay a lettuce leave and add sausage strip, cucumbers and tomato slices.

Place the sandwiches on a cling film and roll them and secure the cling film from all sides.

Cut the sandwiches in half and serve with coleslaw.
