Make dough.mix together all dry ingredients,then knead soft dough with milk and water.apply oil over and leave to rise for least 2 hours in warm place

Punch the dough to release air.again roll in ball.divide in equal.portions and roll in balls again.press each ball to the size of palm.add filling inside.I use simple sliced chicken chunks and cheese.close edges to secure filling inside and roll in ball again.

Keep covered for 15 min to 2nd rise.then brush milk eggwash and sprinkle sesame seeds over. Make slight cross shape mark at top.bake at 180°c for about 20-25 min.take out from oven.brush milk over and keep covered.
