Coffee Jelly will cool down the heat of hot days. Or, if you're a coffee addict like me, it would be everyday treat.

Heat the coffee till it almost boil.

Remove it from the stove and add sugar. Mix until sugar dissolved.

Add gelatin and continuous mix until all the gelatin dissolved.

Pour the mixture into a mold or shallow bowl. Refrigerate for 2 hour or overnight. You can also pour the mixture into small cups or glass and serving it like that.

After it set, cut the jelly into cubes and place it in small glasses or bowls.

Pour a little amount of whipping cream on top and serve. (optional)
