Ingredients

  1. 1eggplant
  2. 1 tablespoonsalt
  3. 1-2 tablespoonsextra virgin olive oil
  4. 1egg

Cooking Instructions

    Slice the eggplant about 1-1,25 cm thick (don't get too thick so the eggplant can cooked nicely)

    Place the eggplant that has been sliced on top of tissue paper, rub the surface with salt, leave on. Wait until the eggplant pull out water and the tissue get wet then turn the surface and repeat the process.

    Prepare the egg and whipped it

    Put in the eggplant and start back and forth the eggplant, leave on about half minute so the egg can be absorbed perfectly.

    Heat the extra virgin olive oil over medium heat (don't get too high)

    Fry the eggplant

    Turn the eggplant when the color is already golden brown

    And the eggplant is ready to serve!
