Soak dried black beans over night or use canned.

Steam rice. Once done mix in juice from 1/2 of a lime and some chopped cilantro

In a skillet on high, fry the onions, peppers oil. Once half done, add spices.

Mash avocado with 1/4 of the juice lime, lime zest, finely chopped red pepper, salt, pepper

Drain or defrost corn.

Assemble bowl.
