Steps

Add all-purpose flour, whole wheat flour,oil and salt in bowl add water to ready a soft dough

Cover the dough for 10 min.
After 10 min. Knead that dough - 3
And divide the dough in 6_7 equal parts and make ball

Now add flour to it and roll it using a rolling pin

The roti in your hand and use the knuckles to stretch it do this process gently
Repeat this process become very thin - 6
Now take an aluminum kadai and place it on gas upside down

Sprinkle salted water on this kadai

The prepared thin roti on it and let it cook on low flame for 30 seconds

Cook the roti by loosen the side of the roti
Cook roti by pressing it use a cloth - 10
Take out roti when it very Crispy
And repeat the process all roti - 11
Take one bowl in melted butter and chilli powder and chat masala to mix it
Apply the mixture on karari roti tokri - 12
Batik chopped vegetables + 1 pinch salt mix it
Apply the karari roti thori and garnishing for chopped coriander leaves on it - 13
Karari roti tokri is ready
