Pao De Queijo with Potato Starch

I wanted to make chewy pao de queijo with kitchen staple ingredients.

After Step 2, everything happens quickly so please prep all the ingredients first.
If you're not eating them right away, you should toast them after storing them. They aren't very good when they're cold. Recipe by Reisaya mama.
