Mango Carrot Double Decker

Everyone loves a delicious innovative dessert. I created this novel dish combining the sweetness of carrot
halwa and ripe mango. The twist was in cooking the mango pulp with oats , that gives the double decker it's structure.

halwa and ripe mango. The twist was in cooking the mango pulp with oats , that gives the double decker it's structure.
Steps

Roast the oats on low flame till it is light brown. Set aside to cool.

In a grinder, jar adds mango pulp, roasted oats, sugar powder, and 1/4 cup milk and churn to get a smooth paste.

Heat ghee on a pan. Add the mixed mango pulp from the grinder jar to the pan.

Cook on low flame. Add milk powder and cardamom powder too.

Cook about 10 (or more) minutes continuously mixing the mango pulp mixture till the pulp thickened to handle.

Switch off the flame and bring it down to cool the cooked mango pulp to room temperature.

Take a small Katori/ bowl. Grease with melted butter. First, take cooked mango pulp and spread, and then add carrot halwa as needed.

Reverse place the small Katori on the serving plate. Garnish and serve the tasteful dessert with chopped almonds and cashews.
