Cooking Instructions
- 1
Chop the spinach and bacon up into bite-sizes. Slice off the ends of the shimeji mushrooms and shred them with your hands.
- 2
Heat some butter in a frying pan and sauté the bacon, taking care not to burn it.
- 3
Add the shimeji mushrooms and the spinach stems.
- 4
When the ingredients become tender, add the spinach leaves and mix everything together.
- 5
Add the soy milk and consommé soup stock granules. Simmer for 3 minutes over medium heat as you stir continuously. (Mind that you don't burn the soy milk.)
- 6
When the soup comes to a simmer, season with salt and pepper to your preference. If you'd like the soup to be richer, add butter in small amounts and melt.
- 7
Enjoy with a dash of black pepper.
- 8
On the following day, you can enjoy a risotto remake of this recipe by melting some cheese.
