I've made a lot of dishes using soy milk lately, and I came up with this recipe for soy milk soup.

Cheese is the secret ingredient in this recipe--it adds great flavor.

Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 200 ml*Soy milk
  2. 200 ml*Water
  3. 1*Consommé
  4. 1 tsp*Olive oil
  5. 1/2 tsp*Grated garlic
  6. 1 slice*Square cheese
  7. 1*Broccoli
  8. 1*Carrot
  9. 1*Onion
  10. 1to tatse *King oyster mushrooms
  11. 1*Bacon
  12. 1*Salt and pepper

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Heat the olive oil in a pot. Add in the garlic.

  2. 2

    Stir fry all ingredients except for the cheese.

  3. 3

    Add in the water and consommé. Simmer until the vegetables are softened.

  4. 4

    Once the vegetables are softened, add in the soy milk and cheese. Season with the salt and pepper. Enjoy!
