Slice your chicken wings and coat in cornflour

Get wings on a wire rack and put in the oven at 180c for 60 minutes in all, turning twice

Heat butter with Franks Red Hot Wing sauce

During each turn of the wings, brush the sauce onto them

Slice up some celery sticks

Dip and coat the wings in more sauce at the end if you like

Serve with ranch sauce on the side
