Egg Salad Sandwiches for Hanami Bento

I wanted to create an easy recipe for this classic sandwich I grew up on.
*"Ha, Egg and Lettuce Sandwich".

When mashing 1 egg or less, it's much easier to use a fork. If doing 2 or more, a knife would be suitable.
You can also use thinly sliced sandwich bread.
Be sure to spread on the margarine first and then the mustard, and only coat one side of each slice.
You can also slice it into 3 pieces. Recipe by Yuuyuu0221

  2. 2

When it has cooled down slightly, peel off the shell and place the egg in a bowl. Mash with a fork and then add the ● ingredients.

  3. 3

Spread a thin layer of margarine and mustard onto the bread. Top with the egg mixture.

  4. 4

Place the other slice of bread on top and press down on it lightly. Cut the crusts off and then slice into 4.

If the bread is slightly stale, wrap in a dampened paper towel, and then with cling film, and leave in the fridge for about 30 minutes.

  7. 7

I recommend using soft bread for this.

  8. 8

    Add lettuce leaves for crunch.
