Put the softened butter and granulated sugar in a bowl, and mix well.
- 3
Add the beaten egg little by little into Step 2, and mix each time.
- 4
Add the maple syrup and vanilla beans into Step 3, and mix. (Maple syrup is optional.)

Alternately add the sifted dry ingredients and heavy cream to Step 4 in 3 batches, and fold in.

These are vanilla muffins that are crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. Please try one once it's baked. You will know what I mean.

Easy and Fluffy Vanilla and Chocolate Muffins Easy and Fluffy Vanilla and Chocolate Muffins
These muffins are for. You can also use store-bought muffins for these Christmas themed muffins, but if you want to make your own, I recommend this. After looking through all my other recipes, this is the simplest one to prepare. It has just the right amount of sweetness.Be sure to sift the dry ingredients before hand, sifting while you add it to the batter. Also be sure to add the sugar, dry ingredients, and eggs in a few batches. Bring the butter, eggs, and milk to room temperature so that they don't separate. This will help you make a delicious batter. Recipe by vegeful cookpad.japan -

Vanilla Cream Blueberry Muffins Vanilla Cream Blueberry Muffins
When your hubby wants blueberry muffins, you make him blueberry muffins. You can make it like you slaved over a hot oven but these are so easy you can have them ready in 30 minutes, fresh out of the oven. I repurposed my chocolate chip muffin recipe. That's the beauty of most recipe bases. Switch it up to what's on hand or what your in the mood for. Again, these are a denser batter. Not anyway like a cupcake base. Still, hope you enjoy. Delicately Sweet Chocolate Banana Muffins Delicately Sweet Chocolate Banana Muffins
I love banana muffins, so I came up with a variation on it. I recommend using unsalted butter, but you can also use salted butter. Please adjust the baking time according to your oven. Don't heat the chocolate for too long in the microwave or it will separate (you can also use a double boiler). If the chocolate solidifies in Step 4, use a double boiler to melt it.
