Vanilla beans are must in my family! I can't go without them for dessert recipes. I'm introducing a very popular vanilla muffins today.

Please adjust the amount of granulated sugar to your liking.

Ingredients

5 servings
  1. 100 gramsCake flour
  2. 2 gramsBaking powder
  3. 65 gramsButter
  4. 60 gramsGranulated sugar
  5. 1Egg (medium)
  6. 1 tspMaple syrup
  7. 50 gramsHeavy cream
  8. 1/2max Vanilla beans

Cooking Instructions

    Sift the cake flour and baking powder together. Warm the heavy cream. Preheat the oven to 170℃.

    Put the softened butter and granulated sugar in a bowl, and mix well.

  3. 3

    Add the beaten egg little by little into Step 2, and mix each time.

  4. 4

    Add the maple syrup and vanilla beans into Step 3, and mix. (Maple syrup is optional.)

    Alternately add the sifted dry ingredients and heavy cream to Step 4 in 3 batches, and fold in.

    Place cupcake liners in the muffin mold, and pour in the batter evenly. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes at 170℃.

    These are vanilla muffins that are crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. Please try one once it's baked. You will know what I mean.

    It's cute to bake these in mini muffin cups and wrap them in laced paper.
