Italian Lasagna Today’s Special !!

Ingredients

  1. 1 packLasagna noodles
  2. cubeschicken boneless
  3. for chicken marination Spices !
  4. chicken tikka masala 2 tbs
  5. black pepper 1/2 tsp
  6. cumin powder 1 teaspoon
  7. coriander powder 1 teaspoon
  8. lemon juice few drops and 3 tomatoes
  9. salt
  10. for béchamel sauce
  11. all-purpose flour 3 table spoons
  12. milk 3 cups
  13. butter 2 table spoon
  14. cheeses mozzarella 3 packets
  15. oregano 1 tsp

Cooking Instructions

    Boil Lasagna noodles as per packet instructions,drain and set a side.

    Now make bechemel sauce in a pan. Add butter heat it up then add flour and fry it for 2 mins. Then add milk and cook it on medium heat for about 10 minutes with continuously stirring when the sauce thickens. Now add 1 packet of cheese, oregano n pinch of salt. Mix well and set aside.

    Now marinate the chicken in above ingredients and fry it. I use air fryer. You can deep fry it as well on high heat for 15 minutes. When chicken is nicely cooked. Cook three tomatoes in a pan until the oil comes out of it now mix it with chicken it will taste delicious.

    Now for layering up our lasagna, Get your serving dish rub a liter oil and add chicken to the dish. Now add 1 layer of béchamel sauce and pour on some cheese. Repeat the layers. Like first add chicken then béchamel sauce then cheese on it.

    Now preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Cover up your lasagna with foil and cook it for 45 minutes then remove foil and cook it more for 15 minutes or when the cheese is nicely brown. Enjoy !!
