Ingredients

  1. Olive oil
  2. Bunchbasil leaves
  3. Almonds or walnuts or cashew nuts if pine seeds are unavailable
  4. Parmesan cheese
  5. Salt

Cooking Instructions

    Add the basil leaves (washed and dried), handful of nuts, sprinkle of salt, about 2 tbsps of grated parmesan followed by a third cup of olive oil to a blender or food processor

    Pulse until well blended.

  3. 3

    Pour into a jar or any container. Store in the fridge.
