Ingredients

  1. 21/2 poundschicken
  2. 2small onions finely chopped
  3. 2 cupscream
  4. Flour
  5. to taste Salt and pepper
  6. 8 tablespoonsbutter

Cooking Instructions

    Cook onions in 2 tablespoons butter till tender. Salt and pepper chicken.Add rest of butter brown chicken on both sides add cream salt and pepper. Bring to a boil cover and cook at 350 for 30 minutes.
    Remove chicken add flour to gravy to thicken p. Salt and pepper to taste.
