Soak saburdana in warm water for half an hour.

In a thick bottom Kadai, add a tsp ghee and roast cashew and chiroli. Transfer it to a plate.In same Kadai,add a tsp ghee and roast the vermicelli.

Now add a cup of water.Then add soaked saburdana to it. Allow vermicelli and Saburdana to cook well. Meanwhile chop the mangoes and add it to mixer jar to make a smooth pulp. Do not add water.

After Saburdana and vermicelli are cooked well the water will be reduced or absorbed. Now add milk which is already boiled.Allow this to come to a boil. Then add a cup of sugar to this and mix well. Add elaichi powder. Allow it to come to a boil and then as it gets semi thick consistency remove from flame and allow it to become warm.

After this becomes warm add the mango pulp and mix well.Then add the roasted dry fruits.

Serve it warm or chilled.
