Tuna Medallions with Black Sesame and Walnut Crust

Mix the soy sauce, ginger, grated garlic, and lemon juice in a bowl and marinate for about five minutes.

Once the tuna medallions are marinated, coat them with sesame seeds.

Heat olive oil in a pan and once hot, place the sesame-coated medallions in the pan. Cook on both sides for about 50 seconds each.

Finely chop the walnuts and place them on the tuna medallion once plated.

I served it with a bed of spinach and Swiss chard, quinoa, and tomatoes.
