Mexican Chili Pizza Recipe
1 cupPizza Sauce
Dough For Pizza:
1 tspSugar –
2 cupsFlour –
1 1/2 tspYeast –
1/2 tspSalt –
2 tbspOil –
1Egg –
2 tbspDry milk powder –
For Topping ingredients
Chicken cubs – 1 cup (boiledsalt and peppers)
Capsicum – ½ chopped
Green chilli & as required
Black olives – as required
Jalapeño chillies – as required
1 tspOregano –
1/2 cupMozzarella cheese –
1/2 cupCheddar cheese –

Mix all above ingredients in flour and make soft dough with warm water, leave on warm place for rising.

Roll the dough in ¼ inch thickness and place on greased pizza pan or what you have but this the actual size deep pan.

For toppings:
Spread pizza sauce, then 2 tbsp cheese, then chicken pieces then green chilli then black olives, then jalapeño, then oregano and then red crushed chilli, then on top spread cheese.

Leave for some time in warm place for risen then bake for 10 to 15 min on 200 centigrade enjoyed it.
