Zesty Dressing with Preserved Lemons

My daughter loves lemon dressing! This time I made it with the juice from preserved lemons. The lemon zest is just slightly fragrant and delicious.

Since the garlic slices are used to add aroma to the dressing, it's okay if you remove it after it has soaked for awhile. You could also use a pinch of grated garlic! Recipe by Heartful Kitchen Rei

Ingredients

  1. 1/2 tbspPreserved lemons
  2. 2 sliceSliced garlic
  3. 2 tspHoney (or sugar)
  4. 1 1/2 tbspVinegar
  5. 1 pinchWhite pepper
  6. 1 pinchHerb salt (or plain salt)
  7. 1 pinchDried parsley
  8. 2 tbspExtra virgin olive oil (or vegetable oil)

Cooking Instructions

    Combine all of the ingredients. Since this recipe uses a lot of oil, before using the dressing, make sure to mix it up.
