Brownies Loaded with Chocolate

I don't like heavy, dense brownies, so I experimented with recipes to create lighter brownies with a true chocolate taste. I usually like my desserts less sweet, but brownies should be sweet, so I hit the middle note of sweetness with these. I enjoy rich sweets once it gets cold, so dieting during the winter is hard for me.

You can substitute superfine sugar for the brown sugar and use your favorite brand of chocolate (I like the bitter Ghana-brand). I recommend using unsalted butter. For a lighter texture, whip the eggs white into stiff peaks before folding into the batter. Feel free to experiment.♪ Recipe by Yukiline
