Edikang ikong: vegetable soup
Since I love traveling and exploring, I also love tasting new foods and experimenting new ones as well... And I would love to share it here.
Steps
- 1
After washing your goat meat, steam, add seasoning, your stock fish, kpomo, and periwinkle, then cook.
- 2
After steaming make sure the water a fully dried..add your palm oil, it will look like the red oil is frying the meat.. once this is done
- 3
Add your crayfish, a little water, just to reduce the dryness of the pot.. because the water leaf already has enough water for the soup.
- 4
Add your water leaf, you add it first because the ugwu cooks fast and tender..so once this is done.. add your ugwu and... Let it steamer a little..your soup is ready
- 5
You can eat it with cassava flakes, semovita.. enjoy
