In a large pot heat up olive oil

Sprinkle salt and pepper over your meat

Add the meat into the pot and fry on high heat till the meat is browned

Chop your onions, garlic, fresh red chilli and set aside

Once meat is browned remove from the pot and add your veggies

Add garlic and ginger

Add your fresh leaves I.e bay leaves, fresh thyme,

And your spices

Ohh don’t forget your tomatoes

And your paste..... did I add some garlic??🤔 no worries just add more if you’ve forgotten. Remember: there’s no such thing as a lot of garlic!!😁😁

Stir well.... and once the spices have produced enough aroma to alert the neighbours, add your meat back in.

Stir for a few minutes till the meat is completely engulfed in the mixture.

Add some water and cook for 45 minutes at medium heat.

Once the meat is tender add your potatoes and carrots

Add a dash of water, akere you want the vegetables to cook in the meat juices.

After another 30 minutes... your neighbours will be walking in to ask you a few meaningless questions just so you serve them what you’ve been mixing up in the kitchen.
