Boil potato on 2 whistle, not over boiled. In a bowl mashed potato. I grate it.

Now add chopped ginger boiled peas chooped carrot, onion & capsicum. Also add dry ingredients & lemon juice.

Add bread crumbs & mix it very well with hands. Now put some oil on hands & make a shape which you like.

Cutlets are tightly roll until they spread into oil. Make a thick batter of cornflour. First we dip cutlets in it & then wrapp in bread crumbs.

Oil become proper hot. Drop the cutlets 1 by 1 in the wok. Wait for it fry proper. Take out on a paper, for extra oil soaked. Serve it with ketchup.

Lot of veggies make it more delicious & digestive snacks.
