Ingredients

  • 1 lwater
  • 1/4 cupcoarse salt
  • 4chicken breast
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Whipped feta
    Whipped feta

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat the oven to 220'C.

  2. 2

    Mix the salt with the lukewarm water to make the brine.

  3. 3

    Place the chicken breasts in the brine for at least 15 minutes.

  4. 4

    Dry the chicken breast with paper towel. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

  5. 5

    Bake the chicken for 15 to 20 minutes.
