Cooking Instructions

Peel all potatoes, arrow root and bananas.(apply cooking oil on hands when peeling the bananas to avoid staining your hands)

In a bowl, add milk and add in your liver. Let it sit for 20 minutes

Wash all potatoes and bananas and set to boil

In a different pot, fry onions until golden brown
- 5
Add in already soaked liver to the onions and stir.

Add in tomatoes and let it cook until it becomes a paste

Add salt, black pepper, and curry powder. Stir, add in dhania and set aside

Once the potatoes, arrow root and bananas are ready, drain excess water, add in chopped onions and blueband and mash the mixture together.

Once all is completely mashed, serve while hot with the liver.
