My kids Loves Doughnuts and I m also , after a long list of glazed doughnut now this time I m trying Dunkin Doughnuts !
Crisper from outside and soft spongy from inside , its truly tasty and because of its homemade so it's Healthy also!

In a bowl add sifted plain flour, soften butter, egg, sugar, salt, instant yeast and mix them. (It looks like crumbs)

Now add milk (1 tbls at a time) and mix them to make a soft dough. Grease the bowl and put dough in it cover it and let it rise.

When the dough is risen knead it again for a minute.

Roll the dough and cut into rounds then let them rise again for 10 to 15 minutes. Then cut a small hole from the center and fry into oil at low flame.

When then doughnuts golden brown let it out from oil.

Add milk, vanilla essence and pink colour into sifted icing sugar mix well. Now dip a lukewarm doughnut into this sugar mix and coat from all sides. Tasty Dunkin doughnuts are ready to serve.
