Onion leaves/spring onion is all time favorite of many. This as such used in chined, Thai recipes in cooki and garnish dishes.
I prepared this recipe of spring onion wi veggies, mustard paste and Urad dal bodi. It tastes very delicious. My mother used to prepare this way and I learnt from her.

Cooking Instructions

Arrange the ingredients

Kadhai with oil. Add mustard seeds and dry chilli.

When the mustard seed crackles and onion, garlic and green chilli. Saute till onions are light brown.

Add tomatoes, salt and turmeric. Cook till tomatoes are soft.
- 5
Mix the boiled veggies and spring onion with mustard paste. Saute and cook to mix everything.

Add crushed bodi and serve hot the tasty spring onions, mustard paste curry with steamed rice.
