Steps

Wash your chicken.

Set your chicken in a pot and begin to cook add your maggi chopped onions and spices.

In a bowl add flour, salt, beaten egg and milk then mix to make a flowing batter, close and let it sit for 30 minutes.

Heat a pan and add garlic, ginger and onions stir and allow to fry for 2 minutes.

Add the spices stir until it’s combined then add in chopped carrot, green beans and peas.

Allow to fry for 3-5 minutes, shred the cooked chicken and add to the mixture, stir and allow to fry 10 minutes and set aside

Add few drops of oil to a heated pan, pour some batter and smoothen it to make it flat. Leave it for some minutes then add little oil

Cook the pancake for 3-4 minutes (medium low flame) and flip. Do the same process

Spread pancake on a flat plate and add the chicken at one edge, roll it and do the same till you finish filling your pancakes

And chicken pancake roll is ready 😃
