  • 1/2 packetHakka noodles
  • 1 barmaggi
  • 3-4 cloveschopped garlic
  • 2green chilli
  • 1chopped Capsicum
  • 1chopped carrot
  • 1/4 cupchopped cabbage
  • 1chopped onion
  • 2 sachetmaggi tastemaker
  • as per tastesalt
  • 1 tbspSoya sauce
  • 1/2 tbspRed chilli sauce
  • 1/4 tbspTomato sauce
  • 1 tspSchezwan chutney
  • 1-2 tbspOil

  1. 1

    Boil noodles n maggi & keep aside.

    Heat oil. add garlic n chilli to it. Then add onion n sauté it.

  3. 3

    Add carrot n cook on high flame.

  4. 4

    Then add capsicum n cabbage and cook for 2-3mins.

  5. 5

    Add all the sauces n spices to it.

    Add boiled noodles & mix well.
