  1. 1/2 packetHakka noodles
  2. 1 barmaggi
  3. 3-4 cloveschopped garlic
  4. 2green chilli
  5. 1chopped Capsicum
  6. 1chopped carrot
  7. 1/4 cupchopped cabbage
  8. 1chopped onion
  9. 2 sachetmaggi tastemaker
  10. as per tastesalt
  11. 1 tbspSoya sauce
  12. 1/2 tbspRed chilli sauce
  13. 1/4 tbspTomato sauce
  14. 1 tspSchezwan chutney
  15. 1-2 tbspOil

  1. 1

    Boil noodles n maggi & keep aside.

    Heat oil. add garlic n chilli to it. Then add onion n sauté it.

  3. 3

    Add carrot n cook on high flame.

  4. 4

    Then add capsicum n cabbage and cook for 2-3mins.

  5. 5

    Add all the sauces n spices to it.

    Add boiled noodles & mix well.
