Boil milk till 1/3, then add lemon juice and curdle it.

Cook the mixture till it dries out the water, heat sugar and let it melt and caramelize then add milk mixture and continue cooking.

When water dries add ghee and cardamom powder and mix.

Pour in greased box and level it and let it set cut in pieces and it's ready.
