Green Pigeon Pulao

Wash the green pigeon beans and keep it aside. In rice cooker add some oil, cinnamon, cloves, pepper and freshly grounded garlic, green chillies and ginger. Add slited green chillies. Saute for some time.

Add washed rice. Add turmeric, garam masala and salt. Add water as needed. Close the lid and cook it. Once it is cooked, add pigeon beans. Mix it well. Close the lid again and cook again.

Add oil in another pan. Once oil is hot, add mustard. Let it crackle. Pour it into the cooked rice.

Sprinkle with some freshly chopped coriander leaves. Mix it gently. Serve hot.
