Ingredients

  • 65 gButter
  • 65 gSugar
  • pinchSalt
  • 1 pcEggs
  • 5 gMilk
  • 1 dropVanilla essence
  • 125 gmsFlour
  • 1/2 tspBaking powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Cream sugar and butter until light and fluffy

  2. 2

    Gradually add in eggs one at a time

  3. 3

    Sift dry ingredients together in a bowl and fold in the cream dough with a cling film and chill for 20mins

  4. 4

    Wash with milk before cutting and sprinkle sugar

  5. 5

    Cut the shapes and bake for 10 mins
