Adjust the seasoning to your taste.
Add some corn to make it into a salad, put between bread with ham or other meat for a sandwich, or with a sausage to make a hot dog. Or use it to fill the gaps in a bento box! Recipe by Blue poppy

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Wash the cabbage and julienne.
- 2
Put the cabbage in a plastic bag with all the flavoring ingredients. Blow up the plastic bag, close the opening and shake the bag to mix everything together.
- 3
Press the air out of the bag, and massage it. Moisture will come out of the cabbage and it will shrink in volume.
- 4
Transfer to a container with a tight fitting lid and store in the refrigerator. If you use a ziplock bag, you can just store it in that.
- 5
With corn kernels and wakame seaweed as a salad.

This is how I make mine, but you can adjust any of the ingredients to your own taste preference.Make sure you make the dressing separately and it tastes right before you mix it in with your veggies.
