Preheat oven to 180C. Grease 2 since serving baking dishes or one medium dish and set aside

In an oiled heated pan, shallow fry meatballs until brown. The pan must be hot for the meatballs to brown quickly without overcooking inside

Cook pasta per package instructions and leave to drain in a colander while you make your sauce, but reserve some liquid for the sauce. Reserve more than the recipe calls for so that you can get the sauce to a consistency you like

Make the sauce by sautéing minced garlic until fragrant. Add tomatoes and cook until tender, mashing through with the back of a fork or potato masher.

As the liquid in your sauce starts to reduce, add the reserved pasta liquid, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, and seasoning. Let this cook on medium for 5minutes. Stir the meatballs into the sauce to tenderize

Start to layer your dish in the baking pan with pasta, sauce, and cheese (in that order). Then dig holes into this layer with your meatballs at random. Repeat the layering until all ingredients are finished. Place a rosemary twig atop the contents and bake for 10minutes

Serve and enjoy with green beans or whatever suits your fancy
