1-11/2 cupwater
1and half teaspoon of yeast
Sugar as desired
Oil for frying
1 pinchcinnamon(optional)

In a bowl mix dry ingredients.

Add water and mix till the batter is smooth and thick a little.

Then cover and keep in a warm room and leave to rise.

When double in size heat oil and fry. ENJOY!!!!!!!
